Introduction
My name is Masaki Yamamoto.
As an AI-powered End-to-End IT Consultant, I accompany businesses through every stage of their launch—from planning to development.
At Fujitsu, Dentsu, and Nomura Research Institute, I worked as both engineer and consultant in the financial and public sectors. Later, I fulfilled a long-standing dream of entering the consumer industry, where I delivered multiple “Japan’s first” achievements in the VR field.
Building on that track record, I was entrusted with advanced projects from leading enterprises, serving as both project manager and developer for initiatives such as AI-powered healthcare apps and e-commerce video streaming systems. Since September 2025, I have been working as an independent consultant.
The IT industry today is experiencing nothing short of an AI revolution. However, I believe that “AI is not a singularity, but a series of continuous efficiency improvements—and that is precisely what makes it revolutionary.”
History shows that both the Agricultural and Industrial Revolutions were not triggered by a single breakthrough, but by continuous process improvements.
